So, grab your metaphorical hazmat suit, because we’re diving into the murky depths of human history to meet the Top 13 Worst Humans of All Time  (remember, the people really existed, but this is for entertainment purposes only, please don’t try any of their methods at home…or anywhere!).

This dude was the epitome of a spoiled brat with absolute power.  His reign was a whirlwind of cruelty, debauchery, and bizarre whims.  He reportedly declared his horse a consul (a high-

ranking official), had people randomly executed for entertainment, and generally made life a living nightmare for anyone unfortunate enough to be around him.

Vlad the Impaler (Prince of Wallachia, 1448-1476)

This case is truly disturbing.  Sagawa murdered a fellow student, then proceeded to cannibalize her remains.  He was eventually released from prison due to mental illness, but his crime remains a chilling reminder of the darkness that can lurk within some people.

So next time you’re feeling down about the state of the world, remember, things could be much worse.  At least you’re not living under the rule of any of these characters!  On the other hand, if you’re looking for some inspiration, go out and make a positive difference in the world. Every little bit helps!
