Gisele Bundchen broke down in tears as she reflected on her divorce from Tom Brady in a candid new interview.
The supermodel, 43 – who was recently spotted kissing jitsu instructor boyfriend Joaquim Valente – was seen tearing up in a teaser clip from her upcoming interview with Robin Roberts, IMPACT x Nightline: Gisele Bundchen: Climbing the Mountain.

Bundchen started dating the NFL star, 46, in 2007 and was with him for more than a decade before they confirmed they were divorcing in October 2022. They share two children Benjamin, 14, and Vivian, 11.

But while the model has clearly moved on from the romance with her new jiu jitsu trainer partner, she couldn’t help but show her sadness when Roberts asked her about the split – remarking that the supermodel had likened her divorce to ‘the death of a dream’.
Roberts then asked: ‘How are you?’ with Bundchen responding: ‘Well, when you say…’ before breaking down.
She turned away from the camera and said: ‘Sorry, guys. I don’t know. Can I have a little moment?’

Roberts also asked Bundchen how she has been juggling co-parenting with Brady, with the fashion star admitting: ‘I think there’s easier days than others, and I can only control what I do.’

Bundchen, who has yet to speak publicly about her new romance with Valente, was then asked: ‘Would you be able to open up your heart again to someone?’ with the star initially hesitating to respond, simply saying: ‘Ummm.’
Recovering her composure, she went on: ‘Where my heart is now is where I am right now. I’m living my truth, and I’m not apologizing for it.’
She later said her experiences with love have made her realize ‘what I want and what I don’t want.’
