Travis was unable to put any weight on his leg and was immediately carted off the field. He was taken to a hospital for further evaluation, where it was revealed that he had suffered a torn ACL, a season-ending injury.

The news of Travis’s injury was met with shock and disbelief by the Florida State community. He had been the face of the program and was widely considered to be one of the best quarterbacks in the country. His absence was a major blow to the Seminoles’ hopes for a successful season.

FSU has a final post-Thanksgiving game with rival Florida on Saturday before matching up against Louisville for their ACC championship game on December 2 and without Travis, the Florida State Seminoles’ offense might struggle to find its footing. Sophomore quarterback Tate Rodemaker replaced Travis after his injury on Saturday night, finished with an extensive play of 217 yards and two touchdown, eventually leading the FSU to a 58-13 win. Brock Glenn who is a freshman also go into action during the fourth quarter and scored his first career touchdown which shows a promising future.

” hell yeah @b1glenn congratulations brother,” Travis posted on his Instagram story. He also complimented his mother, after he took a video of her adjusting some paddings around his foot.
