However, the mass hysteria surrounding this new celebrity power-couple has left some doubting the authenticity of their relationship.
For several naysayers, Travis and Taylor’s love story has been manufactured as a successful marketing tool for the NFL star and the pop sensation.
Yet according to his inner circle, Kelce’s well-documented romance with Swift is actually ‘the real deal’.

In a new report by People, Kelce’s close friends have indicated that the couple are serious and their relationship is not just for the cameras.

‘Travis’ friends think this is the real deal for him,’ an insider close to the Chiefs player is quoted as saying.
‘They’re still a little shocked by all of it — that he’s dating the Taylor Swift, but they’ve seen how down to earth she is with his friends and family.’
The source added that their romance is ‘growing’ because both Kelce and Swift are appreciative of the other’s achievements in their respective field.
‘They’re both really hard workers, and he acknowledges her art is hers, and he has what’s his,’ they added.
‘He understands the territory their relationship comes with and like he said, isn’t letting any of the hoopla impact how they’re growing together.’
The source concluded by saying that Travis ‘sees Taylor for who she is and vice versa.’
