Bryn Forbes, an NBA free agent, left his fiancee Elsa Jean with two black eyes after he assaulted her.
According to a police report, Forbes had an argument with Jean before striking her several times after the couple arrived home from La Cantera Resort & Spa.
He was released last week by the Minnesota Timberwolves, and was arrested early Wednesday on suspicion of assault with bodily harm, a misdemeanor, after a verbal argument with Jean, a well-known former porn actress, turned physical.
‘This was the first time he had abused her, but once was enough,’ a source close to the 26-year-old told DailyMail.
‘Her entire body is bruised and she has two black eyes. He hit her so many times and it was so scary for her.’
The February 15 police report states that Jean ‘was allegedly struck multiple times, causing injury and pain’ and required medical attention.
Forbes, who was fired by the Minnesota Timberwolves after last week’s NBA trade deadline, was supposed to be traded within a week but ‘really screwed up his career’ with that deal now ‘off the table,’ the source revealed. Per DailyMail.

The 29-year-old father of two allegedly felt threatened by Jean’s success after her OnlyFans account took off and the launch of her podcast, Heartbreakers, which she co-hosts with her friend and manager, James Maas. The pair were seen together on Friday.
Jean, who is almost a foot shorter than the basketball player, and Forbes were engaged and had been living together for one year when the incident occurred on Valentine’s Day, the source confirmed.
Following the altercation, Jean has ‘broken off the engagement’ but is unsure if she will press charges.
‘She is just so upset, and she is shocked that someone she loved so much did this to her. Right now, she is focusing on healing and getting through this one day at a time.’
Forbes was arrested at 5am on Wednesday at a residence in north-central San Antonio. He was taken to the Bexar County Jail, and released on bail for $2,500 with the arraignment set for March 20.
The case remains under investigation, according to San Antonio Police.
