Prince Harry has been out in public for the first time since his shocking allegation his brother Prince William injured him in an altercation in 2019.
The Duke of Sussex, 38, was seen walking his dog alone on a California beach close to his and Meghan Markle’s Montecito home.
The couple moved there in 2020 and live with their two children Archie and Lilibet.
Walking with black Labrador Pula, it is the first time Harry has been seen since a copy of his upcoming book ‘Spare’ was leaked. It was due to be revealed to the public on January 10.
The book reportedly contained a section about a physical altercation with his brother during which the Prince of Wales was alleged to have knocked Harry to the floor, with visible injuries.
Harry said he gave his brother a glass of water and said: “Willy, I can’t speak to you when you’re like this.”
The duke wrote: “He set down the water, called me another name, then came at me. It all happened so fast. So very fast. He grabbed me by the collar, ripped my necklace, and he knocked me to the floor.
“I landed on the dog’s bowl, which cracked under my back, the pieces cutting into me. I lay there for a moment, dazed, then got to my feet and told him to get out,” according to the Guardian.
The pair had met to discuss “the whole rolling catastrophe” of their relationship and Meghan’s ongoing difficulties, including her relationship with the press.
During the heated discussion in Harry’s Nottingham Cottage home in London, William supposedly called Meghan “rude,” abrasive” and “difficult.”
The Prince of Wales reportedly asked his brother not to tell Meghan about the confrontation in the aftermath, resulting in Harry saying: “You mean that you attacked me?”, to which he responded: “I didn’t attack you, Harold.”
