The marriage between Prince Harry and Meghan Markle was famous when it happened, however it gained more publicity after the Oprah interview between Harry and Meghan Markle. Ever since then, things have not been the same and rightly so, as several individuals feel Meghan Markle has no right saying the things she said about the royal family.
While it seems the royal family regards Meghan and Prince Harry with a certain coldness, Kate Middleton on the other hand is the people’s favourite royal. As suspected, Kate had a great relationship with the late Queen Elizabeth II before her death, and it is often wondered if the same could be said for the late Queen and Meghan.
Before their famous interview, it was believed that Meghan had a good relationship with the Queen, however we do not know how things turned out between the two after the interview, after Prince Harry and Meghan decided to step down as working royals or after they moved away from UK to the United States.
Normally the Queen would feel disappointed after Harry and Meghan went public about their lives, and it may have caused a rift between her and her grandson’s relationship as it did between Prince Harry and his brother and father, but we do not believe it may have called for the need of a mediator.
In plain words, there was no need for Kate to become a mediator between the Queen and Meghan Markle. The late Queen always had a good relationship with her second grand daughter-in-law, as Meghan herself would confirm. So it is assumed things did not change very much. The only thing that may have presented a problem was the fact that the Sussexes had to move away from home entirely. Other than that, we do not think there was any real cause for a mediator between The Queen and Meghan.
