The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle has released her 5th Episode of ‘Archetypes’, her podcast series where she discussed labels such as ‘crazy’, ‘insane’, or ‘out of your mind’ being casually flung around on people.
The 5th episode is titled ‘The Decoding of Crazy’, and she includes names like Deepika Padukone, Jenny Slate, and Constance Wu.

Meghan Markle called out to her guests about how this name-calling of people has been affecting their lives for ages. She also noted how hysteria had been considered a mental problem not too long ago.

Further elaborating, Meghan Markle said that if this continues, many people get trapped into leading stigmatic lives, which ruins them.
According to her, often the word crazy is used for comedic effects. She said that this could prevent women with mental health problems from speaking up for help. Meghan Markle mentioned that she had listed resources in her note for anyone who needed to discuss their problems.
